Tickets Sunsetting - March 5th 2025
On January 5th, 2025 - The Owner & Founder of the original Tickets announced that the bot will be discontinued on March 5th, 2025. This means that the bot will no longer be operational after this date. You can read the full announcement below.
That's where Tickets v2 comes in! We are a fork of the original Tickets bot, and we are here to continue the legacy of the original Tickets bot. We are working hard to ensure that the transition from the original Tickets bot to Tickets v2 is as smooth as possible. We are also working on an export and import tool to allow you to transfer your data from the original Tickets bot to Tickets v2.

Hello @everyone, it's with a heavy heart I am announcing that we will be discontinuing @Tickets as of the 5th of March 2025.
Why?
We have some really great volunteers providing support, for which words can't describe my gratefulness. But behind the scenes, it's a one-man show. I just don't have the time to dedicate to running the bot anymore and have fallen out of love with it over the past couple of years. I can't dedicate enough time to continue maintaining it and keeping up to date with the changes in the bot ecosystem. It's a personal decision, I never intended for the bot to become this big, but it's time to move on 🙂
What about my data?
Once the bot has been shut down on the 5th of March, we will provide a tool to export your server's
transcripts and other data. You will need to either be the server owner or an admin user (added via
/addadmin) to export this data. It may take a little while to generate these data exports,
they will not be available on the 5th of March, but we will work to make them available ASAP.
I have a premium subscription, what happens?
We have now disabled billing on both Patreon on Discord. You won't be charged again. If you have a monthly subscription, it will run its course, and we will additionally extend it until the 5th of March free of charge.
If you have an annual subscription, things are a bit different. Whitelabel bots will continue to run until their expiry, up to a year away. Patrons with annual premium subscriptions will be given a free upgrade to whitelabel, and will need to configure a whitelabel bot. Pro-rata refunds for the newest subscriptions will be made after the 5th of March. We will make another announcement in due course regarding the upgrade from premium to whitelabel.
There will be no new feature development, etc. within this time. We will still provide support however.
